      So I purchased this bag and it took two months to come. However, I will say the communication from the staff was very good. They informed me of whatยกยฏs happening and rectified my issues. I so appreciate them for that. Which would want to make me do business again with them. Hard maybe! My problem with this bag is that itยกยฏs not good quality. I didnยกยฏt get a strap with my bag, also the stamping on the front of the bag looks as if itยกยฏs about to come off. Not identical markings inside the bag at all, and it smelled so terrible upon arrival. Not sure if the bags are true quality or maybe I just got a terrible bag. Either way I canยกยฏt give 5 stars. The leather isnยกยฏt that great either.
